Accompanying the delegation, on behalf of the 4th Military Region Command, was Major General Dang Trong Quan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Military Region.

The report shows that Regiment 3 has thoroughly grasped the directives, orders, and guidelines from higher levels, issued a specialized resolution to lead the implementation of training tasks in 2018, and seriously carried out the task.

After inspecting the regiment's ammunition depot and infantry combat shooting range, Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong commended the results achieved by Regiment 3 in the first six months of 2018;
At the same time, the Regiment was instructed to continue maintaining a strict combat readiness duty regime, closely monitor the situation, thoroughly practice various plans, prepare adequate facilities and equipment, and be ready to mobilize to handle any situations.
