The Coast Guard Command presents gifts to the people of the coastal areas of Nghe An province.

Attendees included Lieutenant Colonel Le Huy – Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Vietnam Coast Guard; and officials from the Government's Religious Affairs Committee.

Representing Nghe An province were Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; representatives from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Border Guard Command, and relevant departments and agencies; leaders of Nghi Loc district and officials and people of Nghi Quang commune.

Activities such as disseminating legal information and giving gifts to disadvantaged families are being carried out as a practical way to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding.Vietnam People's Army(December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2020), 31st anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 – December 22, 2020).

At the same time, this activity continues the implementation of the "Coast Guard with ethnic and religious communities" public relations work, creating close and united relationships among the people, including religious communities in the area.Nghi Quang commune(Nghi Loc) with officers and soldiers of the Anti-Drug Task Force No. 2, under the Coast Guard Command. This contributes to the socio-economic development of the locality and ensures strong security and political stability in the area.

The program included the following activities: Disseminating information about the law on religious beliefs,drug preventionDistributing leaflets, giving national flags, providing medicine to fishermen; visiting and congratulating the Vinh Diocese and My Loc parish, conducting focused propaganda; giving gifts to villages and communes.
