4th Military Region Command: Visiting and giving gifts to beneficiaries of social policies.
(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the activities commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, on July 14th, a delegation from the 4th Military Region Command, led by Colonel Ha Tan Tien, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, visited and presented gifts to the Nghe An War Invalids Rehabilitation Center and the Nghe An Provincial Center for War Invalids with Mental and Neurological Disorders.
Here, the Deputy Commander of the Military Region presented gifts from the Military Region Command and extended greetings and encouragement to the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and meritorious individuals receiving treatment at the Centers; expressing his hope that the officers and staff of the Centers for Wounded and Sick Soldiers would overcome difficulties and perform their duties well in caring for and treating policy beneficiaries.

On the same day, the delegation from the Military Region Command visited and presented a savings passbook worth 10 million VND from the Military Region Command to Mrs. Hoang Thi Ly, the wife of a fallen soldier, residing in Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town, and the family of Mr. Hoang Vu Kieu, a 4/4 war invalid, residing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city. They also visited and presented silk shirts and gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Lan in Hung Phuc ward (Vinh city).
