On the evening of September 11th, pregnant woman Nguyen Thi Thanh died while being transported from Phuc Tho Commune Health Station to Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. Prior to this, Ms. Thanh had given birth to a baby boy weighing over 3 kg; both mother and child were initially healthy. However, the mother...There were signs of bleeding, so the doctor at the health station called an ambulance to transfer the patient to the hospital, but the ambulance got lost for many hours. By the time the pregnant woman was finally transferred to the hospital, she had already died en route.

Another case involves pregnant woman Nguyen Thi Truc, who also died after her twin fetuses were stillborn at General Hospital No. 10 in Hau Giang province.
