National defense and security knowledge training for 3 subjects in 2025

Attending and directing were Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Education Council of Nghe An province.

During 12 days, 85 comrades who are heads, deputy heads of departments and equivalent positions of provincial and communal departments, branches and sectors studied and learned the following topics: The Party's viewpoints, policies and laws of the Vietnamese State on socio-economic development associated with strengthening and consolidating national defense, security and foreign affairs activities in the new situation; Basic issues on Party leadership and State management of national defense in central and local ministries and branches; Some issues on defense zones in the new situation, responsibilities of agencies, organizations and localities in building defense zones; Basic contents of Vietnam's National Defense Strategy, Vietnam's Military Strategy, Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in cyberspace; Strategy for protecting national security...

Along with that, students practice shooting K54 gun lesson 1b.

Through the training course on national defense and security knowledge, it helps cadres of target 3 departments, branches, sectors and localities to raise awareness and responsibility in advising, proposing, leading, directing and organizing the implementation of tasks of their agencies and units in connection with national defense and security tasks, contributing to building economic and defense potential, a solid national defense and people's security when implementing the 2-level local government organization model.

At the end of the course, students will be tested and evaluated and will be granted a certificate of completion of training in national defense and security knowledge for target 3 officers.
