Training management skills for businesses and cooperative leaders

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Cooperative Union has just opened a training course to improve the capacity of enterprise and cooperative management for enterprise and cooperative leaders in Con Cuong.

During 3 days from August 21 to 23, in Con Cuong district, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized the opening of a training course to improve the capacity of enterprise and cooperative management for 56 trainees who are directors and deputy directors of enterprises and cooperatives in Anh Son, Do Luong, Con Cuong, Ky Son, and Tuong Duong districts.

At the training course, trainees were taught about improving management in enterprises and cooperatives, such as: Modern leadership style of enterprise and cooperative directors; Cooperative directors and working characteristics of directors; Necessary skills of enterprise and cooperative directors; communication skills and receiving feedback; listening skills, negotiation skills, problem detection and solving skills, etc.

Through the training course, directors and deputy directors of enterprises and cooperatives have gained more knowledge and professional skills to effectively serve production and business activities at the unit.
