Training management skills for businesses and cooperative leaders.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Cooperative Alliance recently inaugurated a training course to enhance the management capacity of businesses and cooperatives for business and cooperative leaders in Con Cuong.

Over three days, from August 21st to 23rd, in Con Cuong district, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized the opening ceremony of a training course to enhance the management capacity of enterprises and cooperatives for 56 participants, including directors and deputy directors of enterprises and cooperatives from Anh Son, Do Luong, Con Cuong, Ky Son, and Tuong Duong districts.

During the training course, participants were taught about improving management in enterprises and cooperatives, such as: Modern leadership styles for enterprise and cooperative directors; Cooperative chairpersons and the characteristics of their work; Essential skills for enterprise and cooperative directors; communication and feedback skills; listening skills, negotiation skills, problem identification and solving skills, etc.

Through the training course, the directors and deputy directors of enterprises and cooperatives have gained additional knowledge and professional skills to effectively serve the production and business activities of their units.
