Training to enhance the management capacity of enterprises and cooperatives.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Cooperative Alliance recently inaugurated a training course to enhance business and cooperative management capacity for 10 districts and towns in Thai Hoa town.
At the training course, 75 participants, including directors, deputy directors of enterprises, and leaders of cooperatives from the districts and towns of Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai town, Yen Thanh, Tan Ky, Dien Chau, and Thai Hoa town, received instruction on improving management practices in enterprises and cooperatives.
The training content mainly focuses on modern leadership styles for business and cooperative managers; cooperative chairpersons and the characteristics of their work; essential skills for business and cooperative managers; communication and feedback skills; listening, negotiation, problem identification and resolution skills, etc.

Comrade Tran Van Chuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union - provided information on the general situation of the collective economy in Nghe An province in recent times. Cooperatives are receiving attention from the Party and the State with many new policies and guidelines aimed at creating favorable conditions in terms of legal basis, policy support, and conditions for development.

The training course aims to equip participants with knowledge about the organization, management, and operation of cooperatives, thereby contributing to improving management capacity in a scientific manner, with appropriate strategic directions to successfully implement socio-economic development tasks in each locality.
The training course took place over three days, from August 23rd to 25th.
