Training to improve business and cooperative management capacity

(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial Cooperative Alliance has just opened a training course to improve the capacity of enterprise and cooperative management for 10 districts and towns in Thai Hoa Town.

At the training course, 75 trainees who are directors, deputy directors of enterprises, and leaders of cooperatives in districts and towns including Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai Town, Yen Thanh, Tan Ky, Dien Chau and Thai Hoa town were taught about improving governance in enterprises and cooperatives.

The training content is mainly about modern leadership style of enterprise and cooperative directors; Cooperative directors and working characteristics of directors; Necessary skills of enterprise and cooperative directors; communication skills and receiving feedback; listening skills, negotiation, problem detection and solving, etc.

Comrade Tran Van Chuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union informed about the general situation of the collective economy of Nghe An province in recent times. Cooperatives are receiving attention from the Party and State with many new policies and guidelines to create favorable conditions in terms of legal basis, policy support, and conditions for development.

Through the training course, the aim is to equip knowledge on organization, management and operation of cooperatives, thereby contributing to improving scientific management capacity, with appropriate strategic orientations to successfully carry out the task of socio-economic development in each locality./.

The training course takes place over 3 days from August 23 to 25.
