European Football: Strange occurrences at Tottenham Hotspur
The London club surprised fans when they decided to sack manager Ange Postecoglou.
As is well known, Tottenham Hotspur recently won the Europa League 2024/2025. Therefore, Son Heung-min and his teammates will qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season, something that Manchester United and Aston Villa were unable to achieve.
In particular, thanks to winning the Europa League 2024/2025, the team nicknamed "the Roosters" successfully ended a 17-year trophy drought. Clearly, the contribution of coach Ange Postecoglou is immense.

In the past, the top brass at Tottenham Hotspur, led by Chairman Daniel Levy, have made decisions that have left fans utterly astonished. A prime example is the decision to sack manager Jose Mourinho more than four years ago.
The Portuguese strategist received his dismissal notice from Chairman Daniel Levy just before the 2020/2021 League Cup final. It's worth noting that in that match at Wembley, Tottenham Hotspur were defeated by Man City 1-0.
Many believe that if manager Jose Mourinho hadn't been sacked so quickly, Tottenham Hotspur could have won the 2020/2021 League Cup. The "Special One" himself even mocked Chairman Daniel Levy's decision to fire him.
In short, as long as the management continues to make incomprehensible and ill-advised decisions, Tottenham Hotspur will remain an unstable team. For now, big-name coaches will be reluctant to take the hot seat at Tottenham Hotspur.
