The Siena International Photography Awards 2016 has just concluded with the first prize in the color category going to the photo "Weaving fishing nets in Phan Rang" by Danny Yen Sin Wong.

Meanwhile, the photo "Strawberry Greenhouse" by Leyla Emektar won first prize in the travel category. The photo was taken near Nazilli, in Aydin province, Türkiye.
Winning awards in other categories were stunning photographs taken in India, China, Bangladesh, Türkiye, Cuba, Myanmar, Bahrain...
According to BoredPanda, the winning photos are currently on display at an exhibition called "Beyond the Lens" in the city of Siena, Italy. The exhibition will run until November 30.
Siena International Photography Awards 2016 is Italy's largest photography award, attracting thousands of works from authors from more than 100 countries.
The award includes 10 categories for the contestants: monochrome photos, color photos, travel, portraits and people, nature, wildlife, architecture, sports, cultural and culinary values and students.
