According to statistics from 192 personnel with officially available information about their hometowns (8 personnel have not yet updated their information), 25 Central Committee members are from...Ninh Binh.

The list of Central Committee members from Ninh Binh province is spread across various fields including defense and security, Party building, government, National Assembly, science and technology, and local authorities.

Many key positions can be mentioned, such as General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense; Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Central Party Office; General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense; and Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security.

The committee members come from Bac Ninh, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Quang Ngai, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City: 5 from each locality. The new Central Committee members are from the provinces of An Giang, Gia Lai, Quang Tri, and Hue, with 4 members from each province; Lao Cai and Thai Nguyen, with 3 members each; and Khanh Hoa, with 2 members. The remaining Central Committee members are from the provinces of Dak Lak, Dien Bien, Dong Thap, Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Son La, and Tuyen Quang, with 1 member from each province.
