| These two trees, approximately 3 meters tall and 15 years old, are being offered for sale at 25 million VND each. According to Mr. Hai, these old trees were grafted with small fruits about six months ago and then dug up with their roots intact and transported to Ho Chi Minh City. |

| After admiring the trees for a while, Mr. Nguyen Danh Hien (Thu Duc district) only "dared" to buy a small pomelo tree costing a few million VND. "I really wanted to see the big trees laden with fruit, but I didn't have enough money. I bought a small tree to display during Tet and then try planting it, so if it doesn't grow, I won't regret it too much," Mr. Hien said. |

| "There are only a few trees left in the garden worth 25 million VND each, because customers bought them earlier. Some customers bought them and left them in the garden for me to take care of until closer to Tet (Lunar New Year) before taking them home," Mr. Hai said. |
