Mr. Chien said: Growing grapefruit requires little care, is less prone to pests and diseases, and after 3 years of planting, the harvest begins, and the economic value is 3-4 times higher than previous crops. Grapefruit has an average lifespan of over 10 years before needing to be replaced. Notably, there is no need to worry about output because grapefruit is easy to consume, and when the harvest season comes, traders come directly to the garden to buy.

According to Mr. Chien, the weather this year is not favorable, the grapefruit flowers late, so it is necessary to invest in care to have a high fruit set rate, many trees produce more than 100 fruits. With the current garden price of 20-30 thousand VND/fruit, the "selected" price of 40-60 thousand VND/fruit, this grapefruit crop his family has a revenue of over 60 million VND.
