A land of picturesque landscapes and waterways.The land is bordered by three treacherous rivers. The mountains resemble countless galloping horses. Chương and Hương split into two paths. The natural conditions of the area have profoundly influenced the character of the people of Thanh Chuong: courageous, intelligent, loyal, and always harboring great ambitions. With its outstanding historical and cultural factors, along with favorable opportunities, I believe that Thanh Chuong possesses all the necessary conditions to steadily advance based on its own internal strength. In the coming period, we propose that the Party Committee, government, military, and people of Thanh Chuong uphold the glorious revolutionary tradition, promote unity, democracy, and discipline while being dynamic and creative, but especially avoiding complacency, haste, and a lack of vigilance. Friday:Cooperation and development with localities in neighboring Laos will be promoted when the Hanoi-Vientiane expressway system, via the Thanh Thuy border gate, is completed to boost socio-economic development. Simultaneously, the district will leverage its advantage of having 53km of the Ho Chi Minh Highway running through it to plan and develop the Ho Chi Minh Highway economic corridor within the overall planning for the construction and development of Nghe An province, in accordance with Resolution 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the construction and development of Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
