BVBank appoints Deputy General Director and Chief Accountant to strengthen its organizational structure in 2026.
Viet Capital Commercial Bank (BVBank) has just appointed two senior personnel to enhance its financial management capabilities and realize its growth targets in 2026.
Viet Capital Commercial Bank (BVBank) has officially announced the appointment of two key personnel to its senior leadership team. Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son has been appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of the Finance Division, and Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thu has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Finance Division and Chief Accountant.

Strengthening the strategic leadership structure
The decision-making ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Anh Tai - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Ly Hoai Van - Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of BVBank. This addition of senior personnel is seen as an important step to strengthen the management structure, ensure stability and enhance the bank's competitiveness in the financial market.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son, born in 1972, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Monash University (Australia). Prior to assuming his new position, Mr. Son had many years of management experience at reputable credit institutions, having held senior director positions in foreign exchange and bond trading at major domestic and international banks. Since November 2025, he has joined BVBank as a Senior Advisor to the Executive Board.

In addition, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thu, born in 1982, has been appointed as Chief Accountant, replacing Mr. Ly Cong Nha (currently the Head of the Supervisory Board). Ms. Thu holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking and has nearly 20 years of experience in this field, including over 17 years in management positions in accounting and financial planning. She joined BVBank in 2023 and is considered a highly competent leader.

The goal is to become a modern retail bank.
The restructuring of the leadership team is taking place in the context of BVBank focusing on accelerating its strategy to become a modern retail bank by 2026. The bank's leadership expects the addition of new personnel to help the unit achieve its business goals and deliver optimal value to customers and shareholders.
With these new appointments, BVBank's Executive Board now has a total of 9 members, including General Director Ly Hoai Van and 8 members responsible for the bank's key business areas.
