All three girls who ganged up on a teenage girl at a cafe have turned themselves in.

After several hours on the run, at 3 PM on January 19th, both the girl who assaulted the victim in the incident where a young woman was beaten and stripped naked at a coffee shop turned herself in.

Speaking to reporters, Major Mai Thanh Tam – Deputy Head of the Da Loc District Police (Quang Nam province) said that the three girls who assaulted the victim in the incident where a young woman was beaten and stripped naked at a coffee shop on January 18th surrendered at 3 PM on January 19th after several hours on the run.

The three individuals involved in the assault are: Phan Thị Mỹ Dung (18 years old, residing in Đại Hoà commune), Lê Minh Huyền Trang (19 years old), and Lê Thị Phương H. (17 years old, both residing in Ái Nghĩa town, Đại Lộc district). The victim, who was beaten and humiliated, is LTBT (16 years old, residing in Zone 7, Ái Nghĩa town), according to Thanh Nien newspaper.

The police chief of Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province, said they are finalizing procedures and will issue a decision to initiate criminal proceedings and indict all three suspects for the act of "humiliating another person".

Earlier, on the afternoon of January 18th, numerous images and video clips appeared on social media showing a young woman being brutally beaten by a group of three girls. The victim repeatedly screamed and begged for mercy, but the group refused to stop, continuing to verbally abuse and commit acts of violence.

At the climax, the three girls proceeded to strip the victim's clothes off right in the restaurant. Upon seeing a stranger enter, the group moved the victim to another location within the restaurant. The entire incident was filmed and live-streamed on their personal Facebook page.

The initial cause, identified as a personal conflict between T. and Le Thi Huyen Trang, led Trang to invite Dung and the two sisters Phuong H. and PH to the coffee shop where T. worked for drinks in order to "deal with" T. on the afternoon of January 18th.

The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities.
