The song 'Em gai mua' surpasses 'Lac troi' to set a Vietnamese music record

Huong Tram's "Em gai mua" has surpassed Son Tung M-TP's hits and become the song with the most views in 10 years of digital music development. In addition, "Em gai mua" also helped Huong Tram get into many music nominations of the year.

With 240 million listens as of the afternoon of December 25, the song “Em gai mua” - composed by Mr. Siro and performed by female singer Huong Tram has surpassed the number of listens of the songs “Noi nay co anh” and “Lac troi” by Son Tung M-TP, becoming the song with the most listens on Zing MP3 as well as becoming the song with the most listens in 10 years of digital music development in Vietnam.

On Youtube, “Em gai mua” has reached nearly 90 million views as of the afternoon of December 26. Even the version of “Em gai mua” remade by actor Huynh Lap has reached over 15 million views. This is quite a surprise for musician Mr. Siro as it took less than 3 months to set this record number compared to “Noi nay co em” by Son Tung M-TP which took 11 months to reach the same number.

Huynh Lap also "followed" the song "Em gai mua" and also achieved a record on Youtube.

This milestone marked the continuous success of “Em gai mua” in addition to the previous extensive list of achievements such as “Song at the top for the most weeks”, “Song with the most number of reviews” and “Song with the fastest growth in listens”… on Zing MP3.

With this success, “Em gai mua” continues to be in the TOP 20 of ZMA (Zing Music Awards) in 2017 with 3 important nominations: “Song of the year”, “MV of the year” and “Most favorite Pop/Ballad song”.

In addition, singer Huong Tram is also in the Top 20 Artists of the Year and nominated for “Most Favorite Female Artist” of this year’s ZMA season. Musician Mr. Siro is currently a strong candidate for the ZMA “Musician of the Year” award.
