Welcoming the Spring of At Ty 2025, towards the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), relic sites, memorial sites, libraries... in Nghe An have been decorated brilliantly and impressively.
