Localities celebrate Vietnamese Doctors' Day on February 27th.

The Northwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital is a Grade II hospital providing medical services to the people in the Northwest region of Nghe An province. Currently, the hospital has 391 staff members distributed across 26 departments and wards. Each year, the hospital provides medical services to over 150,000 outpatients, 35,000 inpatients, and performs nearly 7,000 surgeries ranging from type I to type III.
