Localities thoroughly grasp Central Resolution 5 (term XII)

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 4, Quynh Luu, Que Phong, and Anh Son districts held a conference to disseminate Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (12th term) to key district and grassroots officials.

In Quynh Luu,Nearly 300 delegates were informed of the 3 Resolutions of the 5th Conference of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure), including: Resolution on perfecting the socialist-oriented market economic institution; Continuing to restructure, innovate and improve the efficiency of state-owned enterprises; Developing the private economy to become an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy.

Also at the conference, Quynh Luu District Party Committee thoroughly grasped and implemented Regulation No. 86/QD-TU dated June 1, 2017 of the Party Central Committee on supervision within the Party; Directive No. 13/CT-TU dated July 5, 2017 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the quality of Party cell activities; Directive No. 12 dated June 29, 2017 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the role of setting examples, practicing thrift, and fighting waste among Party members.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Van Bo - Standing Deputy Secretary of Quynh Luu District Party Committee requested that immediately after the conference ended, agencies and units, according to their assigned functions and tasks, direct the development and effective implementation of the action program to implement the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee (12th term) of the Party, in conjunction with the reality of the industry, agency, and unit, as a basis for developing specific action programs and plans for each Party Committee and agency, proposing directions, goals, and solutions in assigned fields, tasks, and work.

At the same time, continue to research, propose and focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in each field so that the viewpoints, guidelines and basic contents of the Resolution can be applied and effectively promoted in real life./.

After the conference, Party committees, Party organizations, and leaders of agencies and departments focused on leading and directing the preparation work, organizing and disseminating the implementation to cadres and Party members in agencies and units. In addition, it is necessary to raise revolutionary vigilance, proactively and effectively fight against the wrong views of hostile forces, and protect the Party's views and guidelines. The implementation process needs to be associated with the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, contributing to the successful completion of all assigned functions and tasks./.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council emphasized: The conference to study and implement the resolution is a broad political activity of special importance, aiming to create a change in awareness, unify will and action in the entire Party Committee, first of all, the team of key cadres at all levels and sectors from the district to the grassroots.

He requested that delegates focus on researching, discussing, and clarifying the core contents and new issues in the documents of the 12th Congress; seriously organize and develop action programs, and closely connect to solve practical problems arising in their localities and units.

After the conference, the District Party Committee will focus on directing the implementation of studying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 5th Central Committee (12th tenure) of the Party at grassroots Party organizations, to be completed at the grassroots level in August 2017./.
