Localities deploy tasks for the 2016-2017 school year

(Baonghean.vn) – On August 24, many localities across the province held a summary of the 2015-2016 school year and deployed tasks for the 2016-2017 school year.

*In Yen Thanh,In the last school year, through many forms of social mobilization, the whole district built and put into use 65 new solid classrooms; 2 more schools were recognized as meeting national standards, bringing the total number of schools meeting standards to 84, reaching a rate of 70.5%. Through inspection, 11 more schools achieved level 3 education quality.

The whole district has 45 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the provincial level, 189 teachers as excellent teachers at the district level. The quality of the spearhead has been improved, with 737 excellent students in grade 9 achieving excellent teachers at the district level, 101 excellent students in grade 11 being recognized as excellent students in the province. In the 2016 National High School Exam, the whole district had 10 students achieving a total score of 27 points or higher in 3 subjects.

Yen Thanh District People's Committee awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2015 - 2016 school year.

At the end of the 2015-2016 school year, 1 individual was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of recognition as emulation fighters to 4 individuals; awarded certificates of merit to 21 advanced labor collectives; 5 collectives and 38 individuals with outstanding achievements; Yen Thanh District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to advanced labor collectives and 17 students with high scores in the national high school exam in the 2015-2016 school year.

On this occasion, Bao Viet Nghe An also presented 30 gifts to 30 poor students who have overcome difficulties, each worth 300,000 VND.

*End of school year 2015-2016, Thanh Chuong district19 collectives were recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as excellent advanced labor collectives, 9 collectives and 25 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee and the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 15 advanced collectives.

The district's Association for Promoting Education also awarded certificates of merit from the Central Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to 3 groups and commemorative medals from the Central Vietnam Association for Promoting Education to 4 individuals and awarded prizes to 7 teachers and 22 students with high achievements in competitions for excellent teachers and excellent students at all levels.

In the 2016-2017 school year, Thanh Chuong district will focus all resources on building an advanced district with excellent education.

At the conference, the district's Association for Promoting Education also launched the 2016 month of promoting education.
