Destinations in Nghe An 'put on a new look' to welcome the 2023 tourist season.

Returning to the villages is a travel itinerary being promoted by tour companies for Que Phong this summer. In previous years, community tourism in Que Phong was often associated with destinations such as the Seven-Tier Waterfall in the Pu Hoat Nature Reserve, overnight stays and community tourism experiences at Co Muong, Sao Va Waterfall, or visiting the Hua Na Hydroelectric Reservoir… However, nowadays, many private individuals have also participated in community tourism and developed it in their own direction. Over 4.5 billion VND is the revenue that Quy Chau district has earned from community-based tourism models. Recognizing its advantages for tourism development, Quy Chau district has focused on investing in and developing various tourism activities such as: exploring Khe Ban waterfall, Tat Ngoi ecological area, the Museum of Ethnic Cultures of Western Nghe An, and the Bua Cave - Chieng Ngam Temple complex...

Currently, Cua Lo town is rushing to complete the final preparations for the opening of the 2023 beach tourism season.

Besides urban beautification, one of the destinations that promises to attract many tourists this year is Nghi Thuy fishing village. To develop this destination, Cua Lo town has invested nearly 30 billion VND in recent times to implement many projects, such as upgrading Binh Minh, Le Thi Bach Cat, and Hoang Nguyen Cat roads.

In the construction project, many old buildings of historical value will be recreated and restored, including the restoration of the old house in the Le Thi Bach Cat Memorial Area, the expansion of Yen Luong Temple, and the preservation and restoration of Mai Bang Temple. Based on some existing village wells, the town will also restore some village wells to serve as resting places for enjoying the scenery and folk culture. Besides well-known tourist destinations associated with Nghe An province such as Cua Lo Beach, Uncle Ho's birthplace, and Khe Kem Waterfall (Con Cuong), the Nghe An tourism map now includes 20 new tourist spots such as Bai Dinh Campsite (Thanh Nho commune, Thanh Chuong district), Lam Thanh Mountain (Hung Phu commune, Hung Nguyen district), Nghi Thiet rocky beach (Nghi Loc district), Dai Hue Farmstay (Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district), Ba Khe Dam (Nam Loc commune, Nam Dan district)..., aiming to satisfy the thirst for experiential tourism and immersion in nature among young people.
