For several days now, the villagers have been cleaning the village roads and alleys; the performing arts group has been practicing traditional folk songs and dances of the Tho ethnic group such as "Tap Tinh, Tap Tang" and "Du Du Dien Dien" so that tourists can clearly see the unique musical identity. In addition, the villagers have prepared ingredients for making thorn cakes and weaving thorn hammocks so that visitors can experience the traditional crafts of the Tho ethnic community.

The villagers of Lung pay special attention to preparing local cuisine, with dishes such as braised pork, stewed goby fish, grilled snakehead fish, mooc fish cakes, and papaya flower salad being specialties of the Tho ethnic group. To meet the demand during the New Year's holiday, the villagers have prepared a sufficient supply of ingredients to ensure they can serve a large number of visitors to Lung village.

Mr. Dang Trong Tan, Director of Hon Mat Eco-tourism Area, said: “Anticipating a large number of tourists coming to experience our services, especially culinary services, during the New Year holiday, we have ordered necessary goods and materials to serve them. At the same time, we are beautifying the landscape, improving and creating aesthetic highlights for the surrounding area, taking care of flowers, mowing the grass, etc.”
