During holidays, when many groups arrive at the same time, the guides will flexibly combine 2-3 groups to listen to the tour together. This is a reasonable solution that meets the needs of visitors while also gaining their understanding and appreciation.

Up to this point, thehotel3-5 star hotels in Cua Lo are almost fully booked for the April 30th and May 1st holidays, with April 30th being completely booked. Accommodation establishments are urgently mobilizing staff to serve guests during this period of intense activity, especially housekeeping and kitchen staff.

Improve service quality

Similar to President Ho Chi Minh's hometown and the coastal town of Cua Lo, other localities and tourist areas are also accelerating preparations to welcome and serve visitors during the upcoming holiday. Homestays and farmstays in Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, and Que Phong districts have renovated, supplemented, and perfected their facilities, ready to welcome guests in the coming days.

Put into operation for servicetourismAlthough relatively new, Nhat Minh Farmstay (Que Phong) has already attracted many tourists. According to Mr. Dinh Ba Cuong, a member of the Nhat Minh General Agricultural Service Cooperative, in preparation for welcoming and serving guests during the holiday season, the cooperative has installed additional electric fans, air conditioners, and lighting.

At the same time, we order food items such as pork, chicken, fish, and green vegetables to prepare traditional dishes, ensuring nutritional needs and food safety. All of this aims to help tourists have an enjoyable holiday, with memorable experiences of life, customs, and cuisine in the western part of Nghe An province.

AreaecotourismHon Mat (Nghia Dan) has recently become a popular holiday destination, despite having only opened about two years ago and facing numerous challenges due to the pandemic. Director Dang Trong Tan said that all accommodations for the April 30th and May 1st holidays are already booked, and the resort is increasing staff and upgrading facilities to be ready to welcome and serve guests.

“We have added five more bungalows for guests to sit and enjoy the view and local specialties, expanded the area for banquets and the children's play area. We have also checked the electrical system, boats, life jackets, and lifebuoys to ensure the safety of tourists when experiencing the services on Hon Mat Island…” – Mr. Tan said.

During this period, several localities are preparing to organize cultural activities to attract tourists.holidayand promoting tourism potential. For example, the Beer Festival at Tham Nang Man Cave (Yen Khe) and the Muong Chon Market (Binh Chuan) in Con Cuong district; and the opening of a tourism festival in Tam Dinh commune, Tuong Duong district.
