Appointment of 2 Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee Office

Pursuant to the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Regulation No. 377 dated October 8, 2025 of the Politburo on decentralization of cadre management and planning, appointment, nomination of candidates, temporary suspension from work, dismissal from office, resignation, and dismissal of cadres; Regulation No. 18 dated November 1, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on decentralization of cadre management and appointment, nomination of candidates; considering the proposal of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; on October 31, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 66-QD/TU signed by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu on the transfer and appointment of comrade Dang Dinh Quang - Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On October 31, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee also issued Decision No. 68-QD/TU signed by Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu on the appointment of comrade Tran Dinh Dung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary concurrently holding the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Continue to strive to complete the task well

Presenting the Decision on transfer and appointment, presenting congratulatory flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks to comrades Dang Dinh Quang and Tran Dinh Dung; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: Personnel work is an important, regular and continuous task of the Party. This work is even more necessary at a time when our whole country is continuing to focus and resolutely implement the policies and guidelines of our Party and State on the work of arranging, organizing and operating the two-level local government smoothly, effectively, efficiently and effectively.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that comrades Dang Dinh Quang and Tran Dinh Dung were both well-trained, had a process of continuous striving, training, and challenges through many working positions in agencies, especially having experience in office work; had strong political will, good moral qualities, capacity, and a high sense of responsibility, complete all tasks well in assigned position.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu affirmed: The decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to transfer and appoint two comrades to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Office shows the recognition, appreciation and trust of the provincial leaders in the capacity, qualities and development prospects of the comrades; also the expectation that the comrades will have more innovations and contributions in the work of advising, proposing and effectively implementing the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. This is also an opportunity and motivation for the two comrades to continue to strive, train and mature.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu also emphasized the particularly important role of the Party Committee Office, which is the "advisory and synthesis center", the bridge between the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee with Party Committees, agencies and units in the political system of the whole province. In the current context, the requirements for the Provincial Party Committee Office are increasingly high: it must be accurate - timely - professional - effective, serving well the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the province's political goals and tasks, especially the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Therefore, we request the two new Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office to immediately get to work, constantly improve their skills, professional qualifications, and expertise, continue to strive to train and improve themselves; promote their strengths, experiences, and expertise in work to apply in their new positions; as well as inherit the achievements of previous generations; be dedicated, creative, decisive, and flexible in leadership and direction; and excellently complete assigned tasks.

In particular, it is necessary to build a scientific, professional, and in-depth working method; thoroughly grasp and master the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws, the regulations, rules, and operating principles of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Actively apply information technology, administrative reform, promote digital transformation in the activities of the Party Committee Office. Strengthen information security, strictly comply with discipline and order; maintain working principles.

Proactively coordinate with agencies and units, especially Party Committee Offices at all levels, to advise, direct, and guide the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's work smoothly and effectively, without congestion, delay, or omission of assigned work.

On the side of the Provincial Party Committee Office, we continue to build a united, collaborative, and mutually supportive collective in our work; first of all, solidarity in the leadership of the Office, spreading to the staff, experts, employees..., to constantly improve the quality of consulting and synthesizing work, promptly and effectively serving the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

On behalf of the two new Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office who were mobilized and appointed, comrade Dang Dinh Quang spoke to accept the task, seriously received and fully implemented the instructions and assigned tasks of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu. This is a very important basis for each appointed individual to work with the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office to carry out immediate and long-term tasks in the process of leading and directing the work.

The new Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Dang Dinh Quang, also affirmed that he will continue to strive to cultivate revolutionary ethics; constantly learn, research, and improve professional expertise; practice leadership and management skills and methods; be exemplary, uphold responsibility, build solidarity, promote democracy, maintain discipline; promote intelligence and experience, devote all his efforts to work, and strive to best complete assigned tasks.
