Comrades Dang Dinh Quang and Tran Dinh Dung have been appointed to the positions of Deputy Chief of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office.

Appointment of 2 Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee Office

Based on the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Regulation No. 377, dated October 8, 2025, of the Politburo on the decentralization of personnel management and the planning, appointment, nomination, temporary suspension, dismissal, resignation, and removal of officials; Regulation No. 18, dated November 1, 2022, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the decentralization of personnel management and the appointment and nomination of officials; considering the proposals of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department; on October 31, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 66-QĐ/TU, signed by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu, on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Dang Dinh Quang – Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council – to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On October 31, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also issued Decision No. 68-QD/TU, signed by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Hoang Nghia Hieu, appointing Comrade Tran Dinh Dung – Secretary to the Provincial Party Secretary – to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Presenting the decisions on personnel transfer and appointment, offering congratulatory flowers, and giving a speech assigning tasks to comrades Dang Dinh Quang and Tran Dinh Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: Personnel work is an important, regular, and continuous task of the Party. This work is even more necessary at a time when our whole country is continuing to focus and resolutely implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines on the arrangement, organization, and operation of local governments at two levels smoothly, efficiently, effectively, and efficiently.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that comrades Dang Dinh Quang and Tran Dinh Dung are both well-trained, have continuously strived, trained, and been tested through many positions in various agencies, especially having experience in office work; they possess firm political acumen, good moral character, competence, and a high sense of responsibility. Successfully complete all assigned tasks in the position.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu affirmed: The Provincial Party Standing Committee's decision to transfer and appoint two comrades to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Office reflects the recognition, high appreciation, and trust of the provincial leadership in the capabilities, qualities, and development prospects of these comrades; it also expresses the expectation that they will make more innovations and contributions in advising, proposing, and effectively implementing the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee. This is also an opportunity and motivation for the two comrades to continue striving, training, and growing.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu also emphasized the particularly important role of the Party Committee Office, as the "center for consultation and synthesis," a bridge between the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board and the Party committees, agencies, and units throughout the province's political system. In the current context, the demands placed on the Provincial Party Committee Office are increasingly high: it must be accurate, timely, professional, and effective, serving the leadership and guidance of the Provincial Party Committee well, and making a significant contribution to the successful implementation of the province's political goals and tasks, especially the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Therefore, it is suggested that the two newly appointed Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office immediately begin their work, continuously improving their skills, professional qualifications, and expertise; continuing to strive for self-improvement; leveraging their strengths, experience, and expertise in their work to apply in their new positions; as well as inheriting the achievements of previous generations; being dedicated, diligent, creative, decisive, and flexible in leadership and guidance; and successfully completing all assigned tasks.

This requires developing a scientific, professional, and in-depth working method; thoroughly understanding and mastering the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and the regulations, rules, and operating principles of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Actively apply information technology, reform administrative procedures, and promote digital transformation in the operations of Party Committee offices. Strengthen information security, strictly adhere to discipline and order, and uphold working principles.

Actively coordinate with agencies and units, especially the Party Committee Offices at all levels, to advise, direct, and guide the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's work smoothly and effectively, without any bottlenecks, delays, or omissions of assigned tasks.

The Provincial Party Committee Office will continue to build a united, collaborative, and mutually supportive team; first and foremost, unity within the Office's leadership, spreading to the staff, specialists, and employees..., in order to continuously improve the quality of advisory and comprehensive work, serving the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in a timely and effective manner.

On behalf of the two newly appointed Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Comrade Dang Dinh Quang delivered a speech accepting the nhiệm vụ, seriously absorbing and fully implementing the directives and assignments from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Hoang Nghia Hieu. This is a very important foundation for each appointed individual to work together with the leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee Office to carry out immediate and long-term tasks in the process of leading and directing work.

The newly appointed Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Dang Dinh Quang, also affirmed that he will continue to strive to cultivate revolutionary ethics; constantly learn, research, and improve his professional skills; hone his leadership and management skills and methods; be exemplary, uphold responsibility, build unity, promote democracy, and maintain discipline; utilize his intellect and experience, and focus his efforts on his work, striving to complete all assigned tasks to the best of his ability.
