Common problems with car air conditioners.
Below are the most common problems with car air conditioners.

The air conditioner filter is clogged.
This is one of the most common problems that causes car air conditioners to not cool properly. However, even though it's not cooling, the air conditioner still works normally, leading to increased fuel consumption. After prolonged use, the car's air conditioner filter will become clogged with dust, preventing airflow. Car owners need to clean the air filter regularly to prevent this problem.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is dirty.
The outdoor unit's role is to dissipate heat. If it becomes excessively dusty, it will affect the unit's heat dissipation ability. This reduces the air conditioner's cooling efficiency, leading to problems such as the air conditioner not cooling effectively or not cooling at all.
Air conditioner gas shortage/leakage
Refrigerant gas is a crucial factor determining the cooling capacity of a car's air conditioner. When there is a gas shortage or leak, the car's air conditioner will not cool effectively, or may not cool at all. In such cases, car owners should check and refill the refrigerant gas to ensure proper operation.
The fuse is blown.
If the fuse blows, the compressor will stop working, releasing hot air inside the car cabin. Therefore, even if the car's air conditioning is turned on, it will not cool the room.
The thermal relay is malfunctioning.
A car's air conditioning system not cooling properly could be due to a malfunctioning thermostat relay. As a result, the system will miscalculate the temperature.
