Flood relief efforts are underway in Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts.

(Baonghean.vn) - Heavy rains over the past two days have caused rising water levels, damaging many roads in Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts, forcing residents to evacuate. Local Party committees and authorities are making efforts to mitigate the consequences.
