Gardeners in Nghe An are busy preparing flowers for Tet (Lunar New Year).

Although there is still more than a month until the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025, nurseries have already imported many types of flowers and ornamental plants to serve the Tet holiday.

This year, flowers are scarce due to heavy rains and storms in early September and October. In recent years, in addition to growing traditional flowers such as chrysanthemums and diamond chrysanthemums, people have also introduced many new, high-yield varieties such as magic chrysanthemums, colored chrysanthemums, and peonies… Besides that, most households have switched to trading flowers and ornamental plants and providing landscaping and garden decoration services, bringing in high income.”
