Universities in Nghe An announce admission plans for 2023

Nghe An University of Economics has just announced its plans.enrollment planMore than 1,000 targets for 12 training majors in 2023. Accordingly, this year, the school uses 5 independent admission methods.

With method 1, the school will consider direct admission and give priority to direct admission according to the school's admission regulations. In particular, priority will be given to candidates who have achieved excellent results at the provincial level or higher in cultural subjects or have won prizes in physical education, sports, and arts in 2022 and 2023.

With method 2, admission using the results of the 2023 high school graduation exam, the school will follow the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on admission time, admission fees, and registration methods. Candidates need to take the 2023 high school graduation exam and have an exam score that meets the input quality assurance threshold prescribed by Nghe An University of Economics.

This year, the school continues to apply the admission method based on the average score of 3 semesters (grade 11 and semester 1 of grade 12). The school's entrance score threshold is from 15 points or more.

With the admission method based on the results of the competency assessment test of Ho Chi Minh City National University, the results of the competency assessment test of Hanoi National University, the results of the thinking assessment test of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, candidates need to take the exam and have a score from the threshold to ensure input quality as prescribed by Nghe An University of Economics.

The final method of Nghe An University of Economics is to combine admission based on grade 12 study results and high school graduation exam results in 2023.

Along with Nghe An University of Economics, Vinh University of Medicine and Pharmacy has also announced its expected admission plan for 2023. This year, the school plans to enroll 1,000 students, including 900 full-time students and 100 part-time students.

According to this year's enrollment plan, all majors in the regular system will apply the admission method based on the results of the 2023 High School Graduation Exam according to the subject combination of Math - Chemistry - Biology or Math - Physics - Chemistry. The second method, depending on each major, has its own admission form.

In particular, the Pharmacy and Medicine majors are directly admitted according to the Admission Regulations. Meanwhile, the Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Technology majors use the method of considering high school transcripts (Admission based on the total score of the entire school year, subjects: Math - Chemistry - Biology (subject group B00) of the final year (grade 12).
