The entrance exam scores for universities in Nghe An are not too high, increasing the chances of admission for candidates.
According to an announcement from Nghe An University of Economics, this year, the highest admission scores based on the high school graduation exam results are for the English Language and Financial Technology majors, with a cutoff score of 20 points.

Some new majors, such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management and E-commerce, have admission scores close to 19 points.
Meanwhile, for other majors such as Information Technology, Accounting, Economics, Forestry, Veterinary Medicine, etc., the admission score is from 17 to 18 points; with the admission method based on academic results, the admission score is from 16 to 18 points.
At Vinh Medical University, the highest admission score based on the high school graduation exam results was for the Medical program with 24.85 points. This was followed by the Pharmacy program with 23 points.
The remaining majors, such as Preventive Medicine, Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Technology, all require 19 points. For admission based on academic transcripts, the cutoff score for Preventive Medicine is 22.3 points. The cutoff scores for Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology are 20.6 points.
