Public high schools in Vinh City have announced the entrance exam scores for 10th grade.
This morning, Ha Huy Tap High School, Le Viet Thuat High School, and Huynh Thuc Khang High School (Vinh City) announced their entrance exam cutoff scores for 10th grade.
Immediately after the Provincial People's Committee approved the enrollment plan, this morning, public schools that accept first-choice applications began announcing the admission scores.
In Vinh City, the first school to announce its admission scores was Le Viet Thuat High School.
Accordingly, the school's first-round admission score was 21.65 points. In addition, the school also announced the list of 10 students admitted directly to the advanced class and the list of 8 students admitted directly. The candidate with the highest admission score was Hoang Phu Quy from Trung Do Secondary School with 27.50 points (including 2.5 priority points), and the candidate with the second highest score was Nguyen Quang Duong from Hung Hoa Secondary School with 27 points.
The cutoff score for admission to Ha Huy Tap High School this year is 21.6 points - exactly as predicted. The highest-scoring candidate is Nguyen Quoc Tuan Huy from Vinh University's Pedagogical Practice High School with 28.85 points (including 2.5 priority points). The highest-scoring candidate (ranked 3rd in the school) is Nguyen Le Hanh Tram from Nghi Kim Secondary School with 27.35 points.

Also this morning, Huynh Thuc Khang High School announced the first round admission cutoff score of 23.5 points. The candidate with the highest admission score was Nguyen Dao Huy Hieu from Le Loi Secondary School with 29.20 points (including 2.5 points for priority). Meanwhile, the candidate with the highest official exam score was Le Minh Hoang from Dang Thai Mai Secondary School with 28.15 points. The list of admitted students at Huynh Thuc Khang High School is not expected to be the final list because many admitted students have already enrolled in Vinh University's Specialized High School.
Immediately after announcing the cutoff scores, universities also announced their enrollment plans. If there are still vacancies, universities will continue to call for additional students and lower the cutoff scores.
