The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province has been dismissed from his position.

Mr. Dac was dismissed from his position due to irresponsibility, lax leadership, direction, and management, and a lack of inspection and supervision, leading to very serious violations in the organization of the 2017-2018 National High School Graduation Examination in Hoa Binh province; and allowing many officials and Party members of the Department of Education and Training and the Education and Training sector of the province to commit serious violations, resulting in criminal prosecution, investigation, and disciplinary action.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

On November 5th, the Central Party Secretariat met to consider and impose disciplinary action against Mr. Dac. Considering the content, nature, extent, causes, and consequences of the violations, the Secretariat decided to discipline Mr. Bui Trong Dac by dismissing him from all his Party positions for the 2015-2020 term.

On October 16th, Mr. Bui Trong Dac, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province, sent a notice to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Deputy Directors of the Department of Education and Training regarding the delegation of authority to manage and handle the tasks of the Department of Education and Training while the Director is away for medical treatment.

Mr. Bui Trong Dac, born in 1960, has served as the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province since 2014.
