In episode 20 of the series "One Millimeter Away From You," crucial developments revealed the truth about Nghiêm. Decisive evidence of his actions came to light, forcing his wife, Ngân, to face a difficult choice.

Suspecting Nghiêm's true nature, Viễn asked Quang, a friend who worked with him at the research institute, to gather evidence. After reviewing all the security camera footage, Quang discovered two noteworthy clips involving Tùng, Nghiêm's subordinate, appearing before and after the incident.
Viễn and Quang decided to meet Tùng to clarify things. During the meeting, Tùng admitted that he had long hated Nghiêm and was determined to take revenge. He revealed that he had secretly placed a camera in Nghiêm's room because he knew about Nghiêm's plot against the female interns. Tùng asserted, "I have a video recording of everything that happened that night." This video was later sent to the research institute's leadership.

Meanwhile, after being discharged from the hospital, Nghiem was advised by his close friend Trung to be cautious of Ngan because she was intelligent.
