How to check your driver's license points via phone.
Drivers can easily check the remaining points on their driver's license using the VNeID app. Simply download and install the app, then log in to quickly and conveniently look up the information.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, from January 1, 2025, each driver's license will be issued with 12 points. When a driver violates traffic laws, these points will be deducted depending on the severity of the violation, with specific deduction levels of 2 points, 4 points, 6 points, or 10 points.
Information regarding penalty points on a driver's license will be updated in the database system immediately after the penalty decision takes effect and notified to the offender.
Citizens can easily check the remaining points on their driver's license through the VNeID application.
