Ingredient:

- Dried plantain leaves, chopped into small pieces.

- 1/2 liter of water.

- 1 glass bottle.

Making:

Take a handful of dried, finely chopped, and thoroughly washed plantain leaves and place them in a glass jar. Pour in 1/2 liter of boiling water. Cover the jar and let the tea steep for 2 hours. Then, drink this tea throughout the day.
