(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of the rain, while the group of workers sought shelter inside a house, a thief stole a construction vehicle containing a concrete mixer and other tools parked in front of a resident's house in an attempt to escape. However, his entire act was recorded by the homeowner's security camera.
On the morning of November 13th, the Quỳnh Lưu District Police announced that the District Police Investigation Agency is expanding its investigation into recent property theft cases in the area after apprehending the suspect who stole a concrete mixer truck belonging to Mr. Nguyễn Duy Mạnh, residing in Hamlet 2, Quỳnh Hồng Commune, Quỳnh Lưu District.

The events unfolded as follows:cameraAccording to a video recorded by Mr. Mạnh's family at 4 PM on November 11th, when the construction crew came out of the house to take shelter from the rain, their vehicle, concrete mixer, and other tools had "vanished without a trace," so the crew reported it to the homeowner.
After reviewing the security camera footage, Mr. Mạnh reported the incident to the commune police. Later that night, after identification and investigation, the Quỳnh Hồng commune police arrested the thief, who resided in Diễn Châu district.
