(Baonghean.vn) - The police of Quan Bau ward (Vinh City) said they are investigating a motorbike theft that occurred at approximately 4:10 PM on October 6th at Viet Anh Kindergarten (Quan Bau ward, Vinh City).
The victim of the theft is Ms. Phan Thi Hoa, residing in Nghi An commune, Vinh City. According to Ms. Hoa's statement, at approximately 4 PM on October 6th, she went to pick up her child from Viet Anh Kindergarten. Upon arriving, she parked her motorbike in a corner of the schoolyard and locked it. However, when she left, the motorbike was gone.

Immediately after the incident, Ms. Hoa reported it to the leadership of Viet Anh Kindergarten, and the school notified the Quan Bau Ward police. Shortly afterward, the Quan Bau Ward police came to work with the school and the victim.
Checking the school's security cameras, it was observed that at approximately the time mentioned, a young man, around 27-30 years old, about 1.70-1.75 meters tall, wearing a sun-protective shirt, a helmet, and a face mask, walked into the school. A few minutes later, this young man rode a motorbike out of the school gate.
