In the area bordering Vinh Phu and Vinh Loc wards, a large-scale scrap metal collection site has existed for many years, showing signs of land misuse. During an inspection on April 29, 2026, the Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee noted additional violations such as encroachment on land under local management and illegal construction of fences. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, a specialist from the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Planning, stated: "For now, we will identify the violating fence sections and proceed with demolition.
