In the area bordering Vinh Phu and Vinh Loc wards, a large-scale scrap metal collection site has existed for many years, showing signs of land misuse. Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, a specialist from the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Planning, stated: "For now, we will identify the violating fence sections and proceed with demolition. We will also advise the Ward People's Committee on how to handle the matter according to regulations."
