(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City residents basically strictly followed epidemic prevention measures when going to the market, presenting their cards according to regulations. However, at some stalls, there were still crowded situations on the morning of August 20.

On August 20, Vinh City officially applied market cards to all residents in the area. The functional forces of wards, communes and markets in the city simultaneously launched the implementation. Mr. Le Khac Hau - Vice Chairman of Truong Thi Ward People's Committee said: On August 19, the locality distributed over 4,000 market cards to all households and is continuing to print more to distribute to students and workers in the area. The ward has sent police and urban forces to the markets to check and monitor people entering the market.
