Mr. Le Khac Hau, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Thi Ward, said: On August 19th, the locality distributed over 4,000 market access cards to all households and is continuing to print more to distribute to students and workers in the area. The ward has deployed police and urban management forces to market locations to check and monitor people entering the market.
