(Baonghean.vn) - With the efforts of the investor, construction units and the attention and support of relevant levels and sectors up to this point, at the Hoa Tien Paradise - Xuan Thanh Golf and Resort project, the infrastructure items have completed nearly 95% of the volume.

Currently, the volume of items related to technical infrastructure is being urgently completed by the investor (Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company, a member of Vabis Group) and the construction unit such as: road traffic system, drainage, green infrastructure, lighting... to ensure serving the needs of the people.
Specifically, the branch roads of the beach villas from L2-3-4-5-6 have been completed and paved. The end of Hong Lam Avenue and the branch roads of the beach villas from L7-8-9-10-11-12-13 are being paved with the first base layer, expected to be completed by the end of June 2019.

In parallel with the construction of technical infrastructure, the investor also implemented civil construction items. Currently, the foundation of the beach villas has been completed, the beach villas, golf villas, and shophouses are being leveled. The project has electricity and water to each beach villa lot, Hong Lam villa; the installation of pipes and water supply and drainage for the shophouse area has been completed.

In addition, some landscape infrastructure and common utilities have also been completed such as: planting trees along Hong Lam axis and internal roads between the beach villa blocks. The investor Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company, a member of Vabis Group, and the construction contractors are determined to construct and complete the project with quality and complete construction within 18 months.
In addition, the dog racing track and 18-hole golf course have also been upgraded and invested in to be ready to welcome customers to experience the service this summer.
