(Baonghean.vn) - With the desire to further professionalize the cheering work on the field on a national scale, on the afternoon of February 6, the SLNA Fans' Association held a meeting to discuss the restructuring of the association's personnel.

Attending the meeting on the club side were Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - General Director, Chairman of SLNA Club, Mr. Ho Van Chiem - Executive Director of SLNA Club and SLNA Head Coach Nguyen Duc Thang.

The meeting revolved around the topic of perfecting the organization of the Vinh Fan Club to become the core of cheering in the stands, especially in the B stand area of ​​Vinh Stadium. Through that, the goal of the Club will be to "fuel" coach Nguyen Duc Thang and his team to attract the audience back to Vinh Stadium - which has "lost its fire" in the last two seasons.

In 2016, the SLNA Fan Club has not yet re-elected the Executive Committee in charge of the Northern regions and Nghe An, so its activities have not yet been put into order and truly "led" the audience on the field.

However, in 2016, the Association also marked a strong development step when it oriented official information on social networks when the Association's main communication channel, slnafc.com, began operating systematically under the management of SLNA Club officials.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh stated the club's view on fans: "The audience is part of the team's "asset". Therefore, the task of attracting spectators to the stadium is the team's top priority. Since 2017, as General Director, I have affirmed that every match at Vinh Stadium will not sell tickets but will be open to the public in stands C and D. For stands B, the best conditions will be created for spectators to come to the stadium to watch live and cheer for the team. In particular, members of the Fan Club will be exempted from ticket fees and have other incentives with the aim of reviving the "fire pot" of Vinh city."

Mr. Tran Huu Thuat - Chairman of the Fan Club said: "This year we will implement many plans to create a cheering culture in the stands that is unique to Nghe An football and is a common pride of all football fans nationwide."

The meeting has planned many directions and made strong reforms in personnel to create a new atmosphere in the stands from the fans' perspective. And the SLNA Fan Club will have the opportunity to implement new plans right in the match of round 5 of V-League on February 12, 2017 when the host SLNA meets Quang Nam./.
