(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh International Airport – a branch of the Vietnam Airports Corporation – announces the extension of the deadline for receiving applications for the selection of a unit to operate the location/premises for providing passenger taxi services at Vinh International Airport, specifically as follows:
1. Location of the venue:
ButThis includes parking space/area and priority pick-up location at the domestic passenger terminal of Vinh International Airport.
- Information on parking and pick-up locations:
+ Parking spaces are planned to be located south of the domestic terminal at Vinh International Airport;
+ Specific preferred pick-up location:
- Position No. 01: 01 priority passenger pick-up position and 34 waiting parking positions located south of the domestic arrival terminal.
- Position No. 02: 01 priority passenger pick-up position and 34 waiting parking positions located south of the domestic arrival terminal (after position No. 1).
2. Event dates:
2.1. Issuing invitations to participate:
- Invitations to participate will continue to be issued from 2:00 PM on August 14, 2023 to before 9:00 AM on August 21, 2023;
- Application fee: 500,000 VND (Five hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong)
2.2. Site survey: From 2:00 PM on August 14, 2023 to before 9:00 AM on August 21, 2023;
2.3. Application deadline: Before 10:00 AM on August 21, 2023;
2.4. Application submission deadline: 10:30 AM on August 21, 2023;
2.4. Announcement of application evaluation results and invitation to participate in the auction: August 24, 2023;
3. Time and location of the auction:
3.1. Auction time: 9:00 AM on August 26, 2023.
3.2. Auction location: Auditorium of Vinh International Airport, Nghi Lien commune, Vinh city, Nghe An province;
4. Deadline and location for submitting applications:
- Deadline for submitting applications: 10:00 AM on August 21, 2023;
- Method of submitting applications: Applications must be submitted to the inviting party either in person or by mail, ensuring that the inviting party receives them before the application deadline.
