Warning of deep flooding, vehicles are not allowed to pass Bu Bai slope (Nghe An)
Quy Chau Commune Police have just issued a notice stating that vehicles are not allowed to pass through National Highway 48 through Bu Bai slope due to deep flooding.
According to information from the Quy Chau Commune Police (merging the communes of Chau Hanh, Chau Hoi, Chau Nga and Tan Lac town of the old Quy Chau district), due to prolonged heavy rain, the water level of Hieu River rose rapidly, so the section of National Highway 48 passing through Bu Bai slope in the border area of Quy Chau commune and Chau Tien commune is deeply flooded.

Faced with the complicated developments of the floods, when the river water was showing signs of rising rapidly, local authorities put up signs and deployed forces to prohibit vehicles from passing through, and at the same time conducted rescue operations for vehicles in flooded areas.
