Warning of severe flooding, vehicles are prohibited from passing through Bu Bai slope (Nghe An).
The Quỳ Châu commune police have just issued a notice stating that vehicles are not allowed to travel on National Highway 48, specifically the section passing through Bù Bài slope, due to severe flooding.
According to information from the Quy Chau Commune Police (formed by the merger of Chau Hanh, Chau Hoi, Chau Nga communes and Tan Lac town of the former Quy Chau district), due to prolonged heavy rain, the water level of the Hieu River has risen rapidly, causing deep flooding on the section of National Highway 48 passing through the Bu Bai slope area bordering Quy Chau and Chau Tien communes.

Given the complex situation caused by heavy rain and flooding, with river levels rising rapidly, local authorities have put up signs and deployed forces to prohibit vehicles from passing through, while also carrying out rescue operations for vehicles in the flooded area.
