According to the National Center for Hydrometeorology's forecast at 10:00 AM on July 11th, the current situation is as follows:In the central and southern South China Sea (including the waters around the Spratly Islands), the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang, and the Gulf of Thailand, there will be heavy rain and thunderstorms.
In the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and the western sea area of the South China Sea, there are strong southwest winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 9-10, with rough seas.

The sea area from Ca Mau to Kien Giang will experience strong southwest winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with rough seas. Wave heights will range from 2.0 to 3.5 meters.
In the western part of the South China Sea, the Gulf of Thailand, and the eastern part of the South China Sea, winds will be strong, reaching level 5, sometimes level 6, with gusts of level 7-8, and rough seas. Wave heights will range from 2.0 to 4.0 meters.
From July 13th, winds over the seas tend to weaken. Additionally, the southern part of the Gulf of Tonkin, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, and the central and southern parts of the South China Sea (including the waters around the Spratly Islands) will experience heavy rain and thunderstorms.
