Police Unit 141 apprehended a tattooed suspect carrying firearms, ammunition, and drugs.
During their mission, Task Force 141 promptly detected and apprehended an individual driving a car in possession of a large quantity of drugs and a handgun with ammunition.
Earlier, on the evening of December 6th, the Y25/141 task force of the Hanoi City Police carried out its duties.patrol and control, ensuring security and order according to plan in Hoai Duc commune, Hanoi.
At 10:45 PM, at Km15+550 on Van Xuan road (Hoai Duc commune), Task Force 141 spotted a Kia K3 car with license plate 30L-032.XX driven by a young man exhibiting suspicious behavior, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection as per regulations.
Initial checks by the police identified the driver as Nguyen Van Dau (born in 1993; residing in O Dien Commune, Hanoi).
Continuing their thorough search of the individuals and the vehicle, the 141 task force discovered a handgun, 8 bullets, and two round red plastic boxes containing 37 pink tablets and white crystals. Police identified these as methamphetamine ("crystal meth") and "heroin."
Furthermore, the task force continued to discover many more plastic boxes and nylon bags containing various types of drugs such as "happy water," "candy," etc.
The Y25 task force has now handed over the suspect and evidence to the Hoai Duc Commune Police for further investigation and processing according to regulations.
