At around 9:00 a.m. on March 19, at Km 34+200, on National Highway 48D, through Nghia Hoi Commune, Nghia Dan District, a tractor-trailer with license plate 37C-244.40 driven by Mr. Dau Duc Dao (born in 1981), residing in Quynh Van Commune, Quynh Luu District, was traveling from Thai Hoa Town to Quynh Luu District when the vehicle encountered an accident. The diesel fuel tank on the vehicle cracked, causing all the oil to spill onto the asphalt road, causing it to slip.
After receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, under the Provincial Traffic Police Department, quickly arrived. Along with traffic regulation, they promptly dispatched sand trucks to handle the oil spill incident on the road.
The timely work of the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, under the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police, was also enthusiastically supported by the people, so not long after that, vehicles were able to circulate smoothly and safely.
