Traffic police are verifying a video showing a tractor-trailer towing a makeshift vehicle behind it.
Following a video circulating on social media showing a tractor-trailer pulling a makeshift vehicle behind it, posing a potential traffic safety hazard, the Director of the Traffic Police Department instructed the Nghe An Traffic Police force to urgently investigate, verify, and clarify the situation.
Through verification, authorities determined that at 1:22 PM on September 10, 2025, at Km08 of National Highway 48, Mr. LQĐ (born in 1986, residing in Tho Son hamlet, Quy Hop commune, Nghe An province) was driving a tractor-trailer with license plate 37H-095.10 towing a trailer with license plate 37R-019.84. However, a makeshift vehicle was also towing behind the trailer, an illegal act and a potential traffic safety hazard.
Notably, even though the incident occurred in September 2025, after the clip was posted on social media and verified by authorities, the police still proceeded with the case according to regulations.
Based on the inspection results, on March 7th, Team 1 of the Road Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police issued a violation report against Mr. LQĐ for the aforementioned offense to be processed according to the law.
