Reality has affirmed: each cadre has its own movement and the Commune People's Council group is no exception. The selection and nomination of the group leader plays a very important role. In the 2011-2016 term, Chau Ly has selected such group leaders. Four group leaders including: Nguyen Thi Loan, Vi Van Thanh, Lo Van Quynh, Nguyen Dinh Khoa all completed their tasks excellently. Maintaining contact with delegates and groups of People's Council delegates has been given special attention.

Not only does it play a role before, during and after the session, but it is also a regular activity. Thanks to this connection, the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council always grasps the aspirations of voters and of each delegate. It helps to handle issues proactively, promptly, effectively and practically, without waiting for the "Spring and Autumn Second Session" to the People's Council session to raise, decide and act.

After completing the contact with voters, the groups of delegates arrange the group meeting schedule and the Standing Committee of the Commune People's Council assigns them to attend the meeting with the groups.

The organization of group meetings in Chau Ly also has its own unique feature, which is to rotate group meetings in the villages, this time the group meeting is in this village, the next time the group meeting is held in another village. From the budget allocated for the organization of group meetings, after the group meetings, delegates take turns inviting guests, inviting delegates in the group to visit their homes, eat meals, and enjoy a cup of strong rice wine... both fulfilling the meaning and understanding each other better.

The People's Council delegation is like an "extended arm" and has truly been and is an extended arm of the Standing Committee of the People's Council in Chau Ly. It not only helps to grasp the aspirations of voters, perform the roles, functions and tasks according to the law, but also helps to supervise the activities of each People's Council delegate, especially the contact with voters before, during and after the session.
