Collection of Party newspapers during the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement
Over the past 45 years, the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum has collected a collection of Party newspapers during the revolutionary peak of 1930 - 1945. The collection includes: newspapers of the Central Region Party Committee, Vinh Provincial Party Committee, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee and district Party committees in the two provinces.
The collection of tax cards is displayed and preserved at the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum.
The Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum is currently displaying, preserving and promoting the value of many unique collections, especially the collection of pre-1945 personal tax cards.

Huong Khe Uprising - the peak of the Can Vuong movement
The Huong Khe Uprising (1885 - 1896) was the peak of the Can Vuong movement, and its failure also marked the end of the 10-year leadership mission against French colonialism by the Vietnamese feudal literati. The main leader of the uprising was Doctor Phan Dinh Phung (1847 - 1895), and his effective collaborator was General Cao Thang (1864 - 1893).
