After leaving the market, people will go to the barrier and return the card to the Border Guard officer.

According to records, the first market session (January 14) applying this regulation, despite the rainy weather, was still crowded with people and traders coming to buy, sell and exchange.

Although this was the first time the Nam Can International Border Guard Station had applied the card issuance, the operation went smoothly without any obstacles or congestion. People coming to the market complied and happily registered to receive the card.
