Location of the storm's center: Approximately 20.6 degrees North latitude; 107.6 degrees East longitude, over the sea area of Quang Ninh - Hai Phong.

Maximum wind speed: Level 13 (134-149 km/h), gusts up to level 16.

Forecast: In the next 3 hours, the storm will move in a west-northwest direction at a speed of approximately 20 km/h.
